No. Supafuelz PowerShake contains no added refined sugar or maltodextrin. We use just 4g of jaggery powder per serving for sweetness, in addition to the naturally occurring sugars present in other ingredients, such as milk.
Jaggery is still a form of added sugar, so we clearly declare it in our nutritional information.
How many times can my child drink Supafuelz Powershake in a day ?
We recommend one serving of Supafuelz PowerShake daily as part of a balanced diet. It can be enjoyed with breakfast or after sports and physical activity.
Consistency matters more than timing, so choose a time that works best for your child's daily routine. NOTE: Supafuelz Powershake is not a meal replacement.
Will it help my son grow taller?

Weight gain depends on overall calorie intake, physical activity and individual nutritional needs. Supafuelz is intended to complement a balanced daily diet, not as a weight-gain supplement.
Is it ok for Teen boys to have Ashwagandha?
Supafuelz PowerShake contains 250 mg of Ashwagandha root extract per serving.
FSSAI's published nutraceutical regulations specify a permitted range of 250–500 mg per day for Ashwagandha root extract for children aged 5–16 years.
Our 250 mg serving is at the lower end of this specified range.
