Kids Protein Powder for Growing, Active Kids
Why Kids Need More Than Just Protein?
Protein matters for growing children, but it's only one piece of the puzzle. If your child plays sport, stays active, or has a limited diet, protein on its own won't cover the whole picture.
That's really the question worth asking: what does a high protein drink for kids actually offer beyond the protein itself? A good power shake brings protein together with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, helping fill in some of the gaps that come with rushed mornings or a child who won't touch half of what's on their plate.
Match the Power Shake to Your Child's Age
A 4-year-old and a 14-year-old may both be active, but their nutritional requirements are not the same. You can pick a protein shake for kids based on your child's stage rather than simply adjusting the serving of an adult protein powder.

What Should You Check in a Protein Shake for Children?
A long list of ingredients can look impressive on a label. But when you're choosing something your child may have regularly, the real things worth checking are: what is in it, how much is in it, and why is it there?
What Goes Into Every Serving?
The nutrition panel tells you how much your child is getting. Look at what each serving of protein shake for kids provides and how it contributes to your child's daily requirements.
Our Power Shakes provide 33 vitamins and minerals alongside high-quality protein, with key nutrients providing 40–80% of daily requirements for the respective age group.
The ingredients matter too. Depending on the age group, the Power Shakes include millets, Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, turmeric, cocoa and jaggery. The teen variants also include Ashwagandha for boys and Shatavari for girls.
Choose a Kids' Protein Powder, Not an Adult One
Children have different dietary needs from adults. An adult protein powder is not automatically the right choice for a child just because it contains protein.
Look for a kids protein powder that considers the wider nutritional picture. Our Power Shakes combine whey protein, vitamins, minerals, millets, probiotics and other selected ingredients, with options suited for children and teens.
Check the Quality and Digestibility of the Protein
More protein is not necessarily better if the product is difficult for your child to digest. Look for a good-quality protein source and avoid products that rely heavily on unnecessary fillers.
Our protein shakes for kids use high-quality whey protein alongside probiotics and natural digestive enzymes through the NutriAbsorb™ formula. It is designed with digestion in mind, helping make the nutritional shake easier to include in your child's routine.
Check What Has Been Added for Taste
A flavour your child enjoys makes a nutrition drink easier to include in their routine, but it is worth checking the ingredient list too.
Our Power Shakes contain no refined sugar, maltodextrin, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. They are also gluten-free and soy-free, with jaggery used as a sweetening ingredient.
Safety and Quality Standards We Follow
When choosing nutrition for children, it helps to know how a product is formulated, manufactured and tested.
Finding the Best Protein Shakes for Kids?
Looking for the best kids protein powder? Start with your child's age. Our protein shake for children range includes variants for 3–7 years, 8–12 years and 13+, with separate options for teenage boys and girls.
Then look at the complete nutritional profile rather than choosing based on protein content alone. Check the amount of vitamins and minerals provided, the protein source, the ingredient list and any added sugars or fillers.
Finally, consider your child's dietary needs and tolerance. Always check the ingredient and allergen information before introducing a new product. Our Power Shakes are not suitable for children with lactose intolerance.
A nutrition shake should complement a balanced diet, not replace regular meals.

FAQs
1. Are protein shakes suitable for kids?
Kids can have specially formulated nutrition shakes when they are appropriate for their age and dietary needs. A daily nutrition shake for active kids should offer more than protein alone and should complement a balanced diet rather than replace meals.
2. What is the difference between kids protein powder and adult protein powders?

3. How much protein do kids need each day?
Protein requirements vary with age, body size, activity, and overall diet. The amount should be considered as part of your child's complete daily nutrition rather than judged only by the protein content of a single product. 4. Can kids have our Power Shake every day?
Our Power Shake is designed for daily use, with once a day being the recommended serving on the current product information. It can be included as part of your child's routine, including after sports training or an active session. It should be used as part of a balanced diet.
5. Does our Power Shake contain refined sugar or maltodextrin?
No. Our Power Shakes contain no refined sugar or maltodextrin. The current product range uses jaggery as a sweetening ingredient.

7. Can children with diabetes have our Power Shake?
SupaFuelz Power Shakes contain 4g of jaggery per 30g serving. When 30g of Power Shake is mixed with 200ml of milk or water, the final shake contains 4g of jaggery in 200ml. As children with diabetes have specific dietary requirements, speak with your child's doctor or registered medical practitioner to determine whether this amount is suitable for them.
8. Does our Power Shake make children taller?
While no nutrition product can guarantee height, SupaFuelz Power Shake provides protein, Vitamin D, calcium and other nutrients that support a child's normal growth and development as part of a balanced diet.
9. How are our Power Shakes tested for safety?
Safety isn't something we take lightly, especially when it comes to kids.
Our Power Shakes go through a 5-stage quality testing process during manufacturing. They are produced at a GMP- and ISO-certified facility that follows international quality standards. The manufacturing facility is also FSSAI-certified and US FDA-approved.
Beyond these standards, our Power Shakes undergo 232 safety checks, including screening for heavy metals, pesticides, and toxins, and are third-party lab-tested. While these additional tests are not mandated by FSSAI, we conduct them as part of our quality process. We also use random sampling and regular batch testing to maintain consistent quality.
10. What is the difference between a Nutrimix and Supafuelz Power Shakes?
Both provide protein, vitamins and minerals for children's everyday nutrition, but their approach differs. Nutrimix combines ingredients such as millets, nuts, protein, fibre and DHA, while SupaFuelz Power Shakes are age-specific and combine high-quality whey protein, 33 essential nutrients, millets, probiotics and digestive enzymes through NutriAbsorb™. The teen variants also include selected ingredients such as Ashwagandha for boys and Shatavari for girls.
11. How much time does it take to see results?
There is no fixed timeline for seeing results from a nutrition shake. Every child's nutritional needs, diet, and routine are different. SupaFuelz Power Shakes are intended to complement a balanced diet and provide nutritional support as part of a child's everyday routine. Consistent use, along with a balanced diet, regular physical activity and adequate sleep, is important.
