Is it actually safe for my child to drink every day?

My child plays competitive sport. does this contain anything that could get themin trouble?
No doping ingredients, full stop. Hydrate+ is clean and has NO NADA and WADA listed ingredients. It is safe for young athletes in school, academy, or competitive sport settings.
Does Hydrate+ contain any allergens like milk, soy, nuts, or gluten?
Hydrate+ is dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free. It's made separately from our Power Shake range, so there's no cross-contamination risk to worry about. As always, do check the ingredient label for your child's specific sensitivities.
Is Hydrate+ the same as ORS or those electrolyte drinks I see everywhere?
No. Hydrate+ is not an ORS and isn't meant to treat, diagnose, or cure anything. Think of it as everyday hydration support for active kids. Hydrate+ has just 2g of organic cane sugar (most electrolyte mixes load up on sugar), paired with coconut water powder, 5 electrolytes, and 3 Vitamins so your child gets real hydration support without the sugar crash.
Is Hydrate+ an energy drink?
No. Hydrate+ contains no caffeine or stimulants. It is a low sugar hydration drink, not an energy drink. The goal is simple: replace the fluids and electrolytes your child loses during play or sport, not give them a stimulant boost.
My child is diabetic / watching their sugar. is the sugar content safe?
Hydrate+ has just 2g of organic cane sugar per sachet, well within ICMR-NIN daily limits for children. That said, if your child has diabetes or another condition affecting sugar intake, we'd recommend checking with your pediatrician before introducing any new product to their routine.
What age is this Hydrate+ meant for? Is it too "adult" for my child?
Hydrate+ is meant for Kids ages 3 and above, with dosage scaled by age. 1 sachet/day for 3 yrs up to 10 yr old kids, 2 sachets/day above 10 years old - in line with RDA guidelines for children based on ICMR-NIN 2020 standards. So the formulation is calibrated to kids, not scaled down from an adult product.
How does it taste?
Hydrate+ comes in three naturally flavoured variants which is Orange, Mango, and Lemon. Not overly sweet yet designed to taste like a treat, not a supplement. No artificial aftertaste, no chalky texture. Most kids take to it quickly, especially after a game or on a hot day when they're already thirsty.
Does it have artificial colours or flavours I should worry about?
No artificial colours, and all flavours are naturally derived. All natural taste kids actually enjoy.
When should I give this to my child?
Any time! Before/during/after sport or any physical activity. Especially on hot days and days when they are losing more fluids. It is better to sip Hydrate+ before any activity to avoid dehydration and related cramping. Mix one sachet with 250–500ml water depending on how much hydration they need.
